What are Heaton Sports Club's opening hours?

Our Social Club opening hours change between summer and winter.

Winter Opening Hours
Monday – Closed
Tuesday – Closed
Wednesday – 6:00pm to 10:00pm
Thursday – 5:30pm to 11:00pm
Friday – 4:00pm to 11:00pm
Saturday – 12:00 noon to 11:00pm
Sunday – 12:00 noon to 10:00pm

Summer Opening Hours
Monday – 5:00pm to 10:00pm
Tuesday – 5:00pm to 10:00pm
Wednesday – 5:00pm to 10:00pm
Thursday – 5:00pm to 11:00pm
Friday – 4:00pm to 11:00pm
Saturday – 12:00 noon to 11:00pm

Opening hours may occasionally vary for special events, bank holidays and Club activities.

Are children welcome at Heaton Sports Club?

Yes. Children are welcome at Heaton Sports Club until 8:00pm Sunday to Thursday and until 9:00pm on Friday and Saturday.

These times are set by the Club Committee and we kindly ask members and visitors to adhere to them.

Is Heaton Sports Club only for cricket?

No. While cricket remains our main sport, we also offer rounders, table tennis, darts, social events and a welcoming clubhouse for the whole community.

Can beginners join?

Absolutely. We welcome players of all ages and abilities, whether you're completely new to cricket or returning to the game.

Do you have junior cricket?

Yes. We offer cricket for children from age five through our ECB All Stars programme, junior teams and girls' cricket.

Can I hire the clubhouse?

Yes. Our function room, The Milne Suite, is available for parties, celebrations, meetings and community events.

How do I become a member?

Simply contact us or complete our online membership enquiry form, and we'll help you find the right membership.
