If you’re interested in playing competitive or social sport, we’d love to hear from you.
Cricket remains at the heart of Heaton Sports Club, with three senior teams competing in the Greater Manchester Cricket League alongside our successful junior section, ECB All Stars programme and growing girls’ cricket section.
We’re also home to rounders, table tennis and darts teams, providing even more ways to get involved.
New players are always welcome, and you don’t necessarily need previous experience. Contact us and we’ll introduce you to the right team or section.

We’re proud to provide a safe, positive and encouraging environment where young people can enjoy cricket, develop their skills and become part of a team.
Our cricket pathway provides opportunities from an introduction to the game through ECB All Stars Cricket to junior teams at Under 9, Under 11, Under 13, Under 15 and Under 18 level.
We also continue to develop opportunities for girls to get involved in cricket through our dedicated girls’ section.
Our junior programme is about much more than results. We want young people to develop confidence, friendships, teamwork and a lifelong enjoyment of sport.
